Great experience from initial consult with Jason to the scheduling and installation.

Any calls to and from the office were timely and professional.

Jason was very thorough and helped us with our complex water table and basement issues. Not pushy and helped us find the solution that worked for our budget.

We have had several projects with various companies at our home in recent months. The Erickson crew was by far the easiest to work with and professional and friendly. Joe Bob Briggs and Cote got the job done timely and their work was top notch. Joe was excellent in communicating anything that came up along the way and was instrumental in us coming up with a much better discharge point than was originally planned. And most notably the crew was always upbeat and you could tell they enjoy their job even while working hard all day.

They did a great job keeping things tidy along the process and were very thorough in cleaning up after they were finished.
