I began an amazing journey into specialized contractors by filling out an online project scope including pictures. Followed by a phone call. spoke with Jennifer and explained the project and timeline we had for the sale of our mobile home. She was professional and friendly and willing to help - she wasn’t sure because of the mobile is noto. A slab but took the time to verify with her support team which agreed they could assess and do the work. Because I’d such a positive first impression I decided to work with this company. 5 stars for answering the phone which is rare in today’s world. It’s voice mail or ringing forever . This is what makes the first impression - 10 stars for the best first impression !!

The follow through was amazing. I was kept informed from start to finish AND the sensitivity for my timeline and situation was beyond my initial expectations. They were able to expedite the project from December to Ictober and as their schedule allowed got me a repair dat if September 13 and then was moved up to 9.12. Again beyond expectations that were initially set. Thank you

Peter was professional, thorough and knowledgeable and an outstanding representative to the face of the customer. He took the time to crawl under the mobile to check all available posts, walked through my entire mobile checking for any level issues. And then reviewed company information. Again - this company has defined and clear processes that adds a level of confidence the job will be done correctly. Peter gets 10 Stars too

Replacing and bracing the failing concrete post

Everything was perfectly put back to better than when the started. What a great team of professionals. I will recommend this company for any future needs to the new owners and share the amazing experience I had fro start to finish with this project. I only wish I could post before and after pictures to compliment this company dedication for doing it right.
