This homeowner has noticed cracks in their garage slab since they purchased their home 2 years ago. The problem has gotten worse since owning the home. The homeowners called EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist recommended using PolyLevel to level the garage slab and then using NexusPro to seal all of the cracks in the garage. 

This homeowner in Hollis, New Hampshire, had tested their home for radon and the level was around 7 pCi/L. They called EFS for a Design Specialist to inspect their home and design a radon system for their home and seal some of the cracks on the slab. 

Our Installation team installed the radon mitigation system in the basement and sealed the cracks in the basement with NexusPro. The team lowered the levels of radon in the home to below the goal of 4.0 pCi/L.

Our Design Specialist met with the homeowners and inspected the basement to find a solution to the water penetration. Our Design Specialist recommended installing a full-perimeter drianage system around the basement to prevent further penetration.

The homeowner called EFS for a free inspection and our design specialist recommended replacing the three wooden supports with 3 SmartJacks. The new supports are made of galvanized steel which will prevent rusting.
