This homeowner in New Ipswich, NH was concerned with the condition of their concrete patio, and area connecting their garage to the home. The concrete slab had been settling over the years, which ultimately led to severe cracking and large gaps forming in the surface. The patio was uneven and full of trip hazards.
Our concrete repair specialists were able to provide a permanent solution for the homeowner without having to demolish or remove any of the existing concrete. This saved the homeowner both time and money. By injecting PolyLevel beneath the slab in a properly executed manner, the uneven sections of concrete successfully lifted back up to the desired location. With the concrete lifted and stabilized, our team then installed NexusPro within all the joints and cracks on the surface of the patio. Now that the cracks are sealed, water can no longer flow under the slab from the surface, which is what led to the settlement concerns to begin with.
With an even, level patio and entrance way, this home is now much safer for the homeowner and their family while walking into their garage or house.
