This homeowner has a home that was built in 1978 but added a covered porch to the back of the home 15 years ago. A year or two ago the homeowner noticed the windows getting tight. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their porch. Our Design Specialist recommended installing 5 Helical Piers under the porch to replace the old supports. 

The owner of this home in Londonderry, NH was concerned with an uneven section of concrete around their pool slide. Lots of kids and friends walked in this area around the pool, and he wanted it to be stable and safe. Our team completed repairs with PolyLevel and NexusPro joint sealant in less than a day.
