SmartJacks, similar to Lally columns, are adjustable support posts that provide superior support to the home. These posts attach to a galvanized steel plate that is cemented into the foundation. They are then connected to a support beam. The adjustable jacks are then raised to lift and level the floors. Our installation crew removed the previous wooden Lally columns and installed 8 SmartJacks.

Sagging floors no longer prevent the kitchen from being remodeled. The homeowner now has peace of mind that the work being done in the kitchen is protected from floors settling.
