This homeowner in Chelmsford, Massachusetts plans to make this current home their forever home. They are looking to fix the mouth of their garage which has cracked and sank over the years. The slab has sunk enough to cause a gap between the slab and the garage door. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
Design Specialist Stephen Caron inspected the garage and confirmed that there was some cracking in the mouth of the garage and it needed to be lifted as well. Stephen recommended installing PolyLevel to lift the slab, and then using Nexus Pro and Concrete to repair the cracks on the slab.
Crew Lead Nick Melo and his team arrived at the home and installed PolyLevel, NexusPro, and Concrete in the garage.

A homeowner in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, purchased their home about a year ago in November 2021. Their home was originally built in 1901 so they had a company come out to install some additional insulation to help lower their heating and cooling costs for the future. The company arrived at their home and told the homeowners that they couldn't install the insulation in their crawlspace because it wasn't encapsulated. The homeowner decided to reach out to Erickson Foundation Solutions to have a free inspection. Our Design Specialist inspected the crawlspace and recommended installing CleanSpace throughout the crawlspace to fully encapsulate it. Our production team installed 313 sqft of CleanSpace into the crawlspace to encapsulate it.
