This homeowner in Hudson, NH was concerned with the cracked and uneven concrete steps at the front of their home. As the concrete settled over the years, the height of the step got higher and higher, and eventually they knew they had to find a solution in order to make the walkway safe again. Our team used slab jacks and PolyLevel to lift and level the steps. Once the concrete was at the desired height, our team then applied NexusPro to all the cracks and joints on the steps to ensure water was not flowing beneath and eroding away soil. The homeowner was very pleased with the results and glad to have safe stairs leading up to their home once again.

Recently, a homeowner in our Hudson, NH community waterproofed their finished basement. As a final step in our waterproofing process, we added IceGuard to the discharge line to avert pipe freezing in the chilly winters. To maintain the backyard's visual charm, we buried the discharge line. Additionally, we placed a bubbler pot at the end of the discharge line to stop water from accumulating on the lawn. The homeowners are now assured that their basement will remain dry and their lawn safeguarded.
A homeowner in Hudson, NH had water entering his foundation faster than he could get rid of it. Using the basement as a space for his woodshop, unwanted water made it tough to work. For someone who was getting to an older age, the homeowner no longer had the energy to shop vac the basement every time the basement flooded. He reached out to Erickson Foundation Solutions for a permanent solution.
Our Design Specialist, Josh Phillips, recommended installing WaterGuard perimeter drainage, TrenchDrain surface drainage, our TripleSafe sump pump system, and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. This system is designed to collect water along the border of the foundation, filter it to the sump pump system, and then remove it from the home through an exterior drainage line. The SaniDry Sedona eliminates moisture, creating a comfortable living space, especially preventing wood rot. A feed line was installed from the old sump basin to distribute water to the new sump pump system.
With this system in place, the basement will permanently stay dry. This homeowner can now enjoy his woodshop with peace of mind.
