Erickson Foundation Solutions Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Litchfield, New Hampshire has a son and daughter living in their finished basement. Looking to let in more natural light to brighten up the living space, they called Erickson Foundation Solutions.

Our Design Specialist, Anthony Brancato, recommended installing our SunHouse™ basement window well enclosure. This window well enclosure is designed to illuminate the basement, keep the surrounding egress window area clean, and prevent debris, moisture, and pests.

After installation, a clean and bright basement area was created. Along with the other basement waterproofing products we installed, this family can now make the most of their new living space!

The owner of a Bed & Breakfast in Bristol, New Hampshire, hosted a wedding that our Project Manager Nate Erickson attended for a family member. Nate had noticed some foundation problems while attending the wedding and decided to leave his business card with the staff of the B&B. The owners decided to call EFS for a free inspection. Our design specialist recommended installing Geolocks, Push Piers, NexusPro, and PolyLevel to repair the foundation wall.

Our production team installed Geolock Wall Anchors to straighten and strengthen the foundation wall.

This homeowner in Somerset, Massachusetts, had an issue with water collecting on their walkway and some of the slabs were out of level causing a tripping hazard. The homeowners wanted to find a company that would repair their problems the right way the first time. They reached out to EFS for a free inspection and we recommended installing PolyLevel and NexusPro to the walkway to lift, level, and seal it. 

This homeowner in Somerset, MA was very concerned about the condition of the concrete walkway at the front of her home. The concrete slabs were cracked in various sections, leaning and sloping unevenly, and overall were unsightly and a tripping hazard. This before and after photo set shows the drastic change and the effectiveness of our concrete repair methods. Products installed included PolyLevel, a polymer foam injected beneath the concrete slabs, and NexusPro, a silicone based caulking which sealed all the joints and cracks.

Enda Q. of Lincoln, Massachusetts was experiencing moderately high radon levels in his basement. He wanted to see if someone could come out and inspect his home for radon so he decided to call Erickson Foundation Solutions for a free inspection. 

Design Specialist Chris Greenwood came to the home and inspected the basement and left a radon test kit to test for radon over a 24 hour period. Chris came back in the following days to get the reading from the radon test kit. He found that the results of the test were at 9.8 pCi/L which is fairly high. Chris proposed a custom Radon Mitigation system for the home.

Crew Lead Branden Edwards and his team came to Enda's home and installed the Custom Radon Mitigation System into the home.
