A homeowner in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts, had water entering their home from the bulkhead. They have lived in the home for the past 7 years and this is the first year they have started to see water in the basement. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection and our Design Specialist Isaac recommended installing a full perimeter drainage system into the basement to collect any water that enters the basement. 

Our installation team began by chipping out the concrete around the perimeter of the basement so we could install 100' of WaterGuard. The team carefully used a jackhammer to create as straight of a trench as possible. Once the trench was fully chipped the team removed some dirt and debris so we could install our TripleSafe and WaterGuard into the trench. We first installed the TripleSafe into the low corner of the basement and plumbed it outside the home. Once outside the home, the team installed 2 IceGuards and a 10' drainage line. After the TripleSafe was tested the team then began installing the 100' of WaterGuard and connecting it to the TripleSafe. After they both were integrated together the team tested the system by pouring water into the WaterGuard and seeing if it gets directed into the TripleSafe. Once they confirmed the system worked they mixed up concrete and encapsulated the WaterGuard system and around the basin of the TripleSafe with concrete. 
The homeowners were very pleased with the results of the project. 

A homeowner in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts, wanted to improve the aesthetic of their front walkway. There is a crack that runs through the walkway and a big gap between the two slabs. The homeowner plans to live in the 70-year-old home forever so they would like the home to look nice.

Design Specialist John Prince came out to the home and inspected the pool house. John found the pool house had sunk significantly, in one spot over 6". The pool house doesn't have a foundation, it was built on a slab. John recommended installing 3 Helical Piers on the back of the pool house to lift and stabilize it. After the piers are installed, John recommended spraying PolyLevel under the pool house to fill the void.

Crew Leads Nate Erickson and Nick Melo arrived at the home. Nate began installing the 3 Helical Piers behind the pool house. After the piers are installed, Nick started to spray PolyLevel underneath the pool house to fill the void. 

This homeowner in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts had been living in their home for 50 years. About 10 years ago the homeowners tried to fix the sagging floors in their house. The sagging floors are caused by the house settling. The homeowner would really like to fix this issue. They said the floors are bad enough that they started noticing oil in their frying pan is settling more forward than it did a couple of years ago. The Crew Lead Jon Provost and his team were on call on this project. They successfully installed the SmartJacks into the home and were able to flatten out the sag on the floor and leveled out the pan sitting on the stove. The SmartJacks made a permanent solution to a problem that had been nagging the homeowners for around a decade.
