Our team was called out to a home in Stow, Massachusetts to find a solution to a burnt-out SaniDry plug. The homeowner called EFS to book a service call with one of our Service Technicians. Our Service Tech Justin came out to the home and proceeded to address the plug on the SaniDry. 

Justin found the plug of the SaniDry was plugged into a surge-protected power strip which must have shorted because it was charred when Justin showed up. Justin brought an extra power cord that works with the SaniDry and rerouted the power to a different outlet because the old plug needed to be repaired.

Our Design Specialist Justin recommended replacing the old sump pump with a TripleSafe. 

Our production team started by removing the old sump and chipping out a bigger basin to fit our TripleSafe. After the new basin was chipped out, the team then installed the TripleSafe and plumbed the sump pump to the exterior of the home where we installed a 10' drainage line to prevent water from re-entering the basement.

Musty and Damp Crawlspace, Stow, MA

Once the floor was completely covered the team then moved on to encapsulating the walls. The team used CleanSpace Tape to anchor the CleanSpace to the wall and connect it to the CS on the floor. 

The homeowner was very happy that they no longer have to worry about moisture entering their crawlspace.
