The sump pump then pumps water out of the house safely through a drainage line. TrenchDrain is a surface drainage system that was used to avoid an old sewage line that ran along the wall. This drainage system flows into the WaterGuard system. Lastly, the SaniDry Sedona was installed to remove mold, dust and other toxins to create a comfortable living space.
This waterproofing system fully accommodated Andrew's needs. He was thrilled that his basement will now be a dry and comfortable space after years of not getting the results he's wanted.

Our team began by chipping out a 6" trench around the entire basement so we could install our WaterGuard. The team also chipped out a basin so we could install our TripleSafe sump pump. The team then inserted the TripleSafe into the basin and plumbed it to the exterior of the home where we installed our IceGuard and Exterior Drainage Line. The team then installed the WaterGuard around the perimeter, then proceeded to pour crushed stone around the system to keep it in place before we mix concrete and cover the WaterGuard. 

The homeowner was very pleased with the installation of the perimeter drainage system into their home. They no longer have to worry about water seeping into their basement. 

A homeowner in Beverly, Massachusetts, lives in a home that was built in the 1940s and they have seen mold starting to grow in their crawlspace. The homeowners have lived in their homes for the past 4 years, in the last 2 years they had noticed a change in the odor in the crawlspace to then actually seeing mold forming in the crawlspace. Our Installation Team began by installing the SmartDrain on the floor of the crawlspace. The SmartDrain will collect any water from the crawlspace and send it down and away from the crawlspace. Next, the team installed CleanSpace, Foamax, and Rim Joist Insulation to the crawlspace to encapsulate it and prevent moisture from the ground to penetrate the crawlspace. After the crawlspace was encapsulated, the team then installed our SaniDry Sedona in the crawlspace to control the humidity levels in the crawlspace and prevent mold spores from growing. 

At the end of the project, the homeowner was given a walkthrough by our Crew Lead and they explained everything was installed. The homeowner was very impressed with everything installed. 

A homeowner in Beverly recently moved into their 1950s home. When they moved into their home they noticed water collecting in their basement. They wanted to find a solution to keep water out of their basement. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection. Our Design Specialist Tom examined the basement and recommended installing a Super Sump into the basement to collect any water that tried to seep into the basement. The home had an existing sump pump that wasn't doing that job anymore and that was why Tom recommended installing one of our pumps. 

Our production team started by finding the lowest point in the basement and then started creating a basin for the Super Sump. The team chipped out the concrete and installed the sump basin and then they installed the Super Sump into the basin. Once set in the basin the team plumbed the Super Sump outside and buried the drainage line in the yard. They then proceeded to test the pump to verify that everything was working properly. Then they mixed concrete and poured concrete around the edges of the sump pump to give it a nice clean look. 

The homeowners were very pleased with the Super Sump installation. All of their concerns were met and exceeded with the installation. They weren't worried about water entering their basement anymore.

The team linked the extraction point to the radon pipe and then to the radon fan. The goal of the homeowner was to get the radon levels down to 2 pCi/L which our team reached. 

The homeowners were very happy with the results of the project and that it will help their child be able to breathe better.

Our production team first started by removing the old sump pump and IceGuard and installing new ones. The team replaced the old sump pump with our TripleSafe which has more than enough power to keep the basement dry. The team replaced the old IceGuard with an additional one because of the increased power of the TripleSafe sump compared to their old sump pump. Once the sump pump and IceGuard and TripleSafe were installed the team cleaned out the perimeter drainage system and then tested the system to make sure everything worked properly.
