Radon Extraction Point
An extraction point was created in the basement's foundation floor, where a PVC pipe was subsequently installed. This depressurization system effectively facilitates the safe removal of radon gas from the soil beneath the home.

Additional Extraction Point
Given the substantial size of the basement, an additional extraction point was established to ensure comprehensive protection against radon gas throughout the entire area. The PVC pipes from both extraction points were then combined and routed out of the home through the siding.

Radon Fan
Our radon fan is connected to the PVC pipe as it exits the home, actively drawing radon from the soil beneath the foundation. Additional PVC piping is then extended above the roofline to ensure the safe release of radon gas, away from any potential entry points into the home.

Radon Fan Aesthetic Cover
We installed a radon cover over the radon fan to enhance the home's overall curb appeal with a sleek and polished appearance.

Radon Manometer
A radon manometer was installed to monitor the effectiveness of the radon fan's operation. This device provides a visual indication, ensuring the homeowner that their home is safeguarded against radon gas, thereby offering peace of mind.
