Radon Extraction Point
An extraction point was established in the basement's foundation floor. Following the removal of concrete and soil, a PVC pipe was securely fitted to this extraction point. This configuration enables our system to effectively draw radon gas from the soil beneath the foundation.

Additional Extraction Point
Given the elevated radon levels in the home, it was imperative to establish a secondary extraction point to maintain minimal radon concentrations. The PVC pipes from both extraction points were then integrated and routed through the home's siding to ensure efficient radon gas expulsion.

Radon Fan
The radon fan is mounted to the PVC pipe on the exterior of the home, actively extracting radon from beneath the soil. To ensure the safe expulsion of radon gas away from any entry points, additional PVC piping extends above the roofline.

Radon Manometer
Our radon mitigation systems are equipped with a manometer, a device that measures the system's draw, ensuring it operates effectively. This provides additional assurance that the home remains protected from radon gas.
