Radon Extraction Point
We began the project by creating an extraction point in the basement's foundation floor. Next, we fitted a PVC pipe to this extraction point, enabling the removal of radon from the soil beneath the home and preventing it from seeping inside. The PVC pipe was then routed to the exterior of the house.

Radon Fan
Once the PVC pipe reaches the exterior of the home, we install the radon fan to it, which actively draws radon from beneath the house. Additional piping is then constructed from the fan, extending above the roofline to ensure safe removal of radon from the home. The homeowner also opted for the aesthetic package, giving the fan a sleek and polished appearance.

Foundation Crack Repair
NexusPro was applied to foundation cracks. This crack sealant provides additional protection against radon seeping into the basement.

Radon Manometer
We installed a radon manometer to accurately measure the radon fan's draw, ensuring the system is functioning as intended.
