Radon Extraction Point
Our team began the radon mitigation project by creating an extraction point in the basement floor. This extraction point penetrates the foundation, allowing radon gas from the soil beneath to be drawn into a PVC pipe. The PVC pipe then directs the radon gas safely to the exterior of the home.

Radon Fan
Once the PVC pipe reaches the exterior of the home, we install the radon fan. This fan is designed to draw radon gas from the soil beneath the foundation, preventing it from entering the home. After the fan is installed, additional PVC piping is extended from the fan to surpass the roofline, ensuring radon gas is safely expelled away from any entry points of the home.

Foundation Floor Crack Sealing
All foundation floor cracks were sealed with NexusPro to enhance radon mitigation and prevent any radon gas seepage. This additional step ensures a more effective barrier against radon infiltration.
