Radon Extraction Point
An extraction point is created in the basement to effectively remove radon gas from beneath the home's foundation. This is typically done by drilling a small hole through the basement floor. The extraction point allows our fan-powered system to draw radon-laden air from the soil and vent it safely outside.

Radon Fan
A radon fan is an essential part of a radon mitigation system, designed to draw radon gas from beneath the home's foundation and vent it safely outside, preventing indoor accumulation. Typically installed in the attic, garage, or outside the home, the fan connects to a network of pipes running beneath the foundation. This setup creates a negative pressure zone, ensuring continuous removal of radon gas from the soil and maintaining low indoor levels. Additionally, a PVC pipe extends from the fan to above the roofline, ensuring the safe expulsion of radon gas away from any entry points into the home.

Radon Manometer
A radon manometer is a gauge used to monitor the performance of a radon mitigation system. It measures the suction pressure created by the radon fan, indicating whether the system is effectively drawing radon gas from beneath the home's foundation.
