Radon Extraction Point
An extraction point was created in the foundation floor of the basement. PVC pipe was then fit to the extraction point, and constructed to the exterior of the home.
Radon Fan
Once the PVC pipe reaches the outside of the home, the radon fan is installed to draw radon gas from the soil beneath the foundation.
Radon Removal Above Roofline
PCV poipe was then constructed from the radon fan to above the roofline. This safely removes radon gas far away from any entry points of the home, keeping it safe.
