Radon Extraction Point
An extraction point was made in the basement to allow PVC pipe to be fit inside of it. This is the location where the radon fan will draw radon gas from the soil underneath the foundation of the home.
Radon Fan
As the PVC pipe reached the exterior of the home, the radon fan was installed. The radon fan draws radon gas through the PVC pipe.
Releasing Radon Gas Above Roofline
Additional PVC pipe was constructed up the home and surpassed the roofline far away from any entry points of the home. This safely removes the radon gas without chance for exposure inside the home.
Radon Monometer
Our radon mitigation system comes with a monometer to ensure that radon is effectively being drawn from beneath the homes foundation. This gives the homeowner the ultimate peace of mind that the system is working correctly.
