As you can see in the photo gallery, we tackled the issue head-on by installing a state-of-the-art radon mitigation system. To seal every nook and cranny against leaks and prevent radon seepage, we applied NexusPro to the cracks and FlexiSpan to the foundation wall cracks. These solutions not only enhance safety but also peace of mind.

Radon Extraction Point

Our crew started work on the project by creating an extraction point in the foundation floor. We then installed PVC pipe into the floor and constructed it to go to the exterior of the home.

Radon Fan

As the PVC pipe reaches the exterior of the home, the radon fan is installed. The radon fan is designed to extract radon gas that resides underneath the home's foundation. As the fan draws radon gas, it is released above the roofline, far and safely away from any entry points of the home.

Foundation Crack Repair

To further ensure that radon levels remain low, our installation crew sealed all cracks in the basement with NexusPro. This superior sealant prevents radon gas from seeping through the cracks, while also preventing further cracking of the foundation floor.
