Radon Extraction Point
An extraction point was created in the garage floor. PVC pipe was then installed and sealed in the extraction point.
Radon Fan with Aesthetic Package
The radon fan was installed to the exterior of the home. The fan is designed to draw radon that exists within the soil underneath the home's foundation. The aesthetic package is then placed over the fan.
Removing Radon Past Roofline
PVC pipe is then connected from the radon fan all the way up past the roofline, ensuring that radon is removed far away from any entry point to the home.
Crack Sealing
Radon can seep through cracks in a home's foundation. To maximize the effectiveness of the radon mitigation system, we sealed all cracks in the garage using NexusPro.
Radon Monometer
A monometer is installed as part of the system to measure how effectively the system is operating. This signifies that the radon mitigation system is drawing the right amount of suction.
