Radon Mitigation System Installation in Marlborough, MA

A homeowner in Marlborough, MA discovered a leak in their passive radon system emanating from the roof. The installation of our radon mitigation system began with the creation of an extraction point in the foundation. We then secured PVC piping to this point and extended it to the outside of the house. On the exterior, a radon fan was installed to draw radon from the ground beneath the foundation. We added more PVC piping to the fan, extending it above the roofline to safely release the gas away from the house.

The homeowners were elated to have a durable, high-quality solution implemented.
