Working with Erickson Foundation Solutions was the best decision we have made for our historic 1844 home. While other contractors were telling us to lift the house off its foundation and build an entirely new foundation, Erickson was able to work within our budget to strengthen/reinforce the existing fieldstone foundation and straighten the original granite blocks. It was a lot of work over several weeks, but they finished the project on time and BELOW our initial budget.
