Foundation Wall Crack
A crack on the exterior of the foundation wall is a clear indication that the home is experiencing settlement, which can disrupt the structural integrity of the home.
GeoLock Anchors
Our crew created a trench underneath the garage's foundation floor so our GeoLock system could be installed. Metal rods are drilled through the exterior of the home's foundation and then attached to our GeoLock anchors. These anchors are tightened to the foundation to provide support.
GeoLock Plates
The GeoLock plates are installed to the exterior of the foundation. They are then tightened to provide the necessary support to restore the home's structural integrity.
GeoLock Plate Covers
To improve the home's aesthetic, covers are added to the GeoLock Plates.
Trench Backfill
After installing the GeoLock system, the Trenched area of the garage is backfilled. Rebar is installed to restore strength to the foundation.
Cementing Garage Floor
After the trenched area of the garage is backfilled, cement is leveled to grade, ensuring the garage floor is even.
Foundation Wall Crack Sealant
Sealant was added to the area of the foundation wall crack, providing further support and preventing the crack from expanding.
