Foundation Repair Photo Album: Foundation Repair on Heirloom Home, Concord, NH
The owner of a family heirloom home in Concord, New Hampshire was raised in this home and is now the main decision-maker for the property. The homeowner has experienced tight windows and doors in the home since they were a kid and would like the foundation of the home looked at. The home was built in the 1850s. The owner decided to call EFS for a free inspection of their foundation. Our Design Specialist Liam recommended rebuilding a section of the foundation wall and reinforcing the floor system of the home with SmartJacks.
Our installation team first installed 26 SmartJacks into the basement to stabilize the floor system of the home. Once the Sjs were installed, the team moved on to installing the Masonry Wall.
