A homeowner in North Swanzey, New Hampshire, had cracks in their foundation that have progressively gotten worse. The homeowner would like to repair their forever home. Our design specialist examined the home and recommended installing Helical Piers and a Frost Wall.
The production crew led by Ed N. installed 8 Helical Piers to stabilize the foundation. Once the foundation was stabilized, the Erickson PolyLevel crew sprayed a frost wall next to where the Helical Piers were installed.
The homeowner were very happy that the foundation of their forever home was saved.
Helical Piers to be Installed
This wall will have 8 Helical Piers and a Frost Wall installed.
Helical Piers Installed
Once the helical piers are installed into the ground the team will then hook up a hydraulic press to each pier and pressurize them to lift the foundation back into place.
Helical Piers are Capped
The Piers are cut and capped after the piers are pressurized.
Frost Wall
The team sprays the Frost Wall along the foundation wall.
After
The team covered all of the piers and the frost wall with dirt to complete the job.
