This homeowner in Derry, New Hampshire has lived in this home for the past 49 years. Recently in the past 2-3 years, they have noticed a crack in their detached garage. The crack is growing and causing the homeowners to worry about the structural integrity of the garage. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection.  Design Specialist Michael LaMalfa inspected the interior and exterior of the garage. On the interior of the garage, Michael found the crack that was causing the homeowners' concern. On the exterior of the garage, Michael found some cracks on the back foundation wall. The cracks that he found told him that the back wall of the garage is supported well enough and will need additional support. Michael recommended installing Geolocks to the back wall of the garage. Crew Lead Chris Tremblay and his team installed 4 Geolocks to the rear of the garage. The Geolocks will stabilize the wall and make sure the wall stays in place and make sure the crack in the garage doesn't get bigger.
