Foundation Repair Photo Album: Homeowner Believes their Home is Sinking, Methuen, MA
This homeowner in Methuen, Massachusetts had a large crack on the foundation of their home and thought that the foundation was sinking. The homeowner would like to make sure the home is safe for their elderly mother. They decided to call EFS for a free inspection.
Design Specialist Chris Greenwood inspected the home. During Chris' inspection, he did notice the crack that the homeowner found. Chris tested the home for settlement and only found that there was under a 1/4" of movement on all walls. An issue that Chris did find was the supports and the sump pump being undersized for the basement. Chris recommended installing SmartJacks, a Super Sump, and crack injection.
Crew Lead Spencer Ladd and his team installed 6 SmartJacks, a Super Sump, and 7' of crack injection.
