Foundation Repair Photo Album: SmartJacks Installation, Loudon, NH

This homeowner in Loudon, New Hampshire was experiencing sloping in the living room and deck of his home. The homeowner has lally columns in the dirt floor basement and wanted to make sure the lally columns are safe and secure. The homeowners decided to call EFS for a free inspection.  Design Specialist Michael LaMalfa inspected the home. During the inspection, Michael looked at the main area of the home to identify the sloped areas. Then he moved to the basement. Michael examined all of the lally columns and concluded that they would need to be replaced if they would like to stop the floors from sloping. Michael recommended installing SmartJacks to replace all of the lally columns in the basement. Crew Lead Chris Tremblay and his team arrived at the home and replace the old lally columns with SmartJacks.
