Foundation Repair Photo Album: Settling Garage, Milford, NH
John K. of Milford, New Hampshire, was experiencing some cracking in his garage that he wanted to get checked out. John called EFS to see if they could come out and look at his property. Design Specialist John Prince came to the home and inspected the garage and discovered that the garage itself was settling. John P. proposed to homeowner John a Geolock and Push Pier system. These two systems in tandem will secure the garage in place for the foreseeable future.
Crew Lead Jon Provost and his team came to the home and installed the Push Piers then the Geolocks. The Push Piers will add support for beneath while the Geolock will add support from within the garage floor.
Homeowner John was happy with the results of the project. With this job now being done, he can maintain the value of his home better and possibly sell the home in the future.
Before Push Piers and Geolocks
Before Push Piers and Geolocks, the Garage had a couple of big cracks. These cracks were a giveaway of settlement for Design Specialist John Prince.
Trench Made Inside Garage to hold Geolocks

The Installation of Push Piers and Geolocks
The Push Piers and Geolocks were installed together to stop the settlement.
After Installation and Dirt was Backfilled
