View of New Foundation
The existing home was settling and the contractor opted to replace the foundation completely. This new foundation was also settling due to soft ground and a high water table.
High water table
Digging down to the footing of the foundation proved to be difficult. Water immediately filled the holes, and so a pump system was used to pump out the water in order for Erickson Foundation Supportworks crews to install brackets for push piers under the footings.

Piers are put in on both sides of corners in order to prevent cracking during lifting or stabilization.
