Rental Property Needs Waterproofing and Foundation Repair, Portsmouth, NH

This rental property owner has a property in Portsmouth, New Hampshire that required some attention. The owner had noticed a bow on her foundation wall as well as some waterproofing concerns. She decided to call EFS for a free inspection for homeowners. 

Senior Design Specialist Michael LaMalfa inspected the rental property. During Michael's inspection, he found a long crack on the block foundation wall. Michael thinks that the crack in the wall is because of hydrostatic pressure. He had also found some moisture issues in the basement.
