We needed new precast stairs and footings for the stairs. Not only did we receive assistance in selecting the stairs but when an issue arose with Shea’s precast stairs for our rear we received help from Erickson in negotiating a replacement and upgrade with Shea at a discount. Also, a repair was needed behind our front steps and was completed quickly and safely. The helical piles drilled into the ground were impressive and we really appreciate the effort taken to ensure our project proceeded on plan.
