Foundation Wall Crack
Cracks in the foundation walls were discovered both inside and outside the home, causing water to seep into the basement and indicating a potential risk to the foundation's integrity. To address this issue, a long-term solution was necessary to stabilize the foundation.

Helical Piers
To resolve the settlement issues, helical piers were installed beneath the home's footing. These piers were driven deep into the earth until they reached stable soil. Once all the piers were securely anchored into the bedrock, they were raised simultaneously to lift the home. This process has permanently stabilized the home and restored the foundation's integrity.

Foundation Crack Sealant
Following the installation of helical piers, our crew applied crack sealant to all foundation wall cracks, both inside and outside, to further reinforce the foundation.

Foundation Floor Crack Sealant
NexusPro was utilized to address foundation floor cracks. This durable sealant repairs and strengthens the foundation by sealing the cracks, while also being resistant to UV rays and weather conditions. Additionally, its flexibility allows it to move with the foundation, ensuring long-lasting protection.

Helical Pier Backfill
Our installation crews take great pride in maintaining clean job sites. After installing the helical piers, we ensured the excavated construction area was thoroughly backfilled.
