Settlement Causing Basement Wall Cracks
Homeowners often try to seal basement cracks to prevent water infiltration. While these temporary solutions may stop leaks momentarily, the cracks tend to widen over time because the underlying foundation issues are not addressed.

Push Pier Drilling
Our crew installed Push Piers to stabilize and lift the sinking home. Push Piers are driven into durable soil to prevent any future settlement.

Push Piers Attached to Footing
Once the Push Piers are drilled into stable soil, they are securely attached to the home's footing. The piers are then pressurized into the ground, effectively lifting the home. This process ensures that the foundation now rests securely on the Push Piers, fully restoring the structural integrity of the home.

Basement Dehumidifier
Due to a long history of basement leaks, the space had become very humid. To address this, we proposed and installed our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to improve air quality. As a result, the basement is now protected from mold growth, wood rot, and pests.

Condensate Pump
The SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier collects water from the basement and removes it through a condensate pump. The discharge line is routed through the foundation, ensuring safe ejection of water from the basement.
