Made of triple-galvanized steel, these support posts with durable plates cemented into the foundation ensure the home's structural integrity for the long term.
Foundation Crack Repair
FlexiSpan is installed by first cleaning the wall and sealing the crack with a flexible polyurethane sealant. A strip of porous foam is then placed over the sealed crack, followed by an impermeable membrane adhered to the wall on both sides of the foam. This system directs any water that seeps through the crack into the basement's drainage system. Basement Dehumidifier
To install a SaniDry Sedona XP in a basement without a drainage system, the unit is positioned in an optimal location and connected to a condensate pump or a large-capacity water collection container to manage water removal. The dehumidifier is then plugged in and set to the desired humidity level using its digital controls. The benefits of this installation include the SaniDry Sedona XP's ability to remove over 95 pints of water per day, reduce musty odors, prevent mold growth, and improve overall air quality.
