After concrete is removed, galvanized steel plates are connected to the steel posts.
SmartJacks Set in Crushed Stone
The area of the foundation floor that was chipped out is then filled with crushed stone.
SmartJack Completed Installation
SmartJacks are then cemented into place. The SmartJacks connect to a supplemental beam and are adjusted, thus stabilizing and raising the floor. The homeowners now have peace of mind that the kitchen, as well of the rest of their home, has the proper support it needs to withstand the test of time.
