Broken Stone and Concrete Wall
View of the wall during inspection. The stone foundation is crumbling away and becoming unstable.
Stone Foundation Repair
Another photo of the foundation before repairs.
Forming New Wall
PowerBrace steel wall supports are installed first, seen here sticking up to the ceiling. The forms for the new concrete wall are placed around these braces, which will eventually be surrounded by concrete.
Reinforcing the New Wall
Before concrete is poured within the form, steel rebar is put in place between the PowerBrace supports.
Complete Wall Support
The new wall is poured around the PowerBrace supports. The system has completely stabilized the once failing stone foundation wall.
Finished View
View of the new concrete foundation wall. Instead of replacing the stone foundation wall piece by piece, this system is much more cost effective, completely stabilizes the wall, and looks much cleaner.
