Foundation Problems Photo Album: Leaning Foundation Wall, Nashua, NH
The homeowner moved into this home which just had it's foundation replaced due to settling issues. The new foundation formed wall cracks not long after being poured, and the homeowner wanted to take care of any structural issues before they got worse. The entire project entailed 7 Push Piers to stabilize against settling, and 7 GeoLocks to stabilize against the bowing wall at the front of the foundation. This album shows the GeoLocks from the basement, the Push Piers are not visible as they were installed on the exterior and already backfilled.
