Foundation Problems Photo Album: Settling Block Wall Foundation - Derry, NH

This block wall foundation on a home in Derry, NH was facing settlement issues. A section of the foundation also had no frost protection and was prone to heaving and settling. Erickson Foundation Supportworks proposed stabilizing the foundation wall with Push Piers, and also sprayed a polymer foam over the section which needed frost protection.

This section of the home was a 10x10 bump out. The foundation here was installed at only a depth of 2 feet, and so was prone to the effects of freezing, heaving and settling. Once excavated, this section would be sprayed with a polymer foam for protection.
