There is a visibile crack, and the walls in this basement are bowing in on two adjoining walls due to expanding soils on the outside.
Installing PowerBraces
View of the PowerBraces during installation. Concrete will be poured around the base of the brace to secure it and provide a finished look.
Installing SmartJacks
The SmartJacks were installed and fastened, and the columns which were no longer effectively supporting the beams were removed.
