Musty Crawl Space

The damp conditions in the crawl space facilitated the growth of mold, deterioration of air quality, and the onset of wood rot. Wood rot can undermine the structural integrity of wooden supports and joists, leading to sagging floors. To ensure a dry and stable home environment, a comprehensive solution was necessary.

Support Jack Footings

We removed the compromised supports and initiated the construction of footings for our SmartJack system. Reinforcing the footings with rebar ensures additional strength, providing a robust and stable foundation.

Concrete Footings

Concrete is subsequently poured to form the footings. The concrete is meticulously leveled to ensure a stable and secure foundation for the SmartJacks, which will be installed once the concrete has fully cured.

Our installation team meticulously installed the CleanSpace around various obstacles, including utilities, windows, and SmartJacks. This vapor barrier mitigates mold growth, wood rot, and eliminates musty odors from permeating the rest of the home.
