As you can see tin the photo, the dirt crawl space created a wet environment, which can lead to humidity, mold, and wood rot.

Crawl Space Drainage System

SmartPipe was installed at the perimeter of the crawl space to capture water before being able to penetrate the foundation wall. The water collected is then routed to the sump liner.

TripleSafe Sump Pump Liner

The TripleSafe liner offers an air-tight lid than many other sump pumps lack. This prevents water in an open basin from causing humidity, as well as eliminating the pump from getting clogged.
