Crawl Space Drainage System
SmartPipe was installed around the perimeter of the crawl space. This system is designed to capture water along the entire perimeter of the crawl space and deliver it to the sump pump system, all without exposing the crawl space to water.
StarPipe Installed in Crushed Stone
StarPipe is installed within crushed stone to facilitate the proper downwards flow of water.
Crawl Space Sump Pump
We installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump at the lowest point of the crawl space, so water flows downwards into its basin. As water fills in the basin, a series of three pumps, including a battery-powered backup pump, ensure that water is removed from the crawl space at all times, even during power outages.
Frozen Discharge Line Prevention
Water is pumped out of the home through a discharge line. IceGuard is added to the discharge line to allow water to flow freely if the line freezes or becomes clogged. This offers superior peace of mind that basement floods will not occur during those harsh winters.
Bubbler Pot
The discharge line was installed in an area that slopes downward away from the home, ensuring that the water won't return. A bubbler pot system was installed at the end of the discharge line to effectively disperse water, preventing it from puddling on the lawn's surface.
