The wood rot has caused cracks in the wall and doors to not shut properly. Josh recommended installing our SuperSump sump pump, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The SuperSump sits in a basin in the crawl space and pumps out water that is surrounding the outside of the foundation. The CleanSpace vapor barrier properly encapsulates the crawl space to keep out moisture, which protects against mold, wood rot, and pests. The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier further helps prevent against moisture, creating a dry space and delivering better air quality to the entire home.
