Dangerous Trip Hazard
A crack by the home's back stairs presented a trip hazard. The sunken concrete was not only dangerous, but also an eyesore.
Concrete Lifting and Leveling
Our production crew used PolyLevel and NexusPro to lift, level, and stabilize the concrete. This was completed by injecting the polyurethane foam underneath the concrete, filling voids that existed. Slab jacks were then used to level the concrete. Lastly, our NexusPro sealant was installed to the joints and cracks to provide extra protection while also improving the concrete's aesthetic.
Shattered Concrete Slab
The damage done to the concrete slabs was so severe that portions of the concrete began to chip away, exposing the soil underneath them. The walkway was also very unlevel, due to voids causing settlement over time.
Concrete Replacement
Our crew removed the concrete from the badly damaged areas and replaced it with fresh concrete. We then followed the same process as before; injecting PolyLevel underneath the slabs and applying NexusPro to the joints.
