Concrete Repair Photo Album: Driveway and Walkway Concrete Repair in Cranston, RI
A homeowner in Cranston, Rhode Island experienced a sunken driveway and uneven walkway. Looking to get their concrete repaired, they reached out to Erickson Foundation Solutions.
Our Design Specialist, Jim Meglio, recommended installing PolyLevel and NexusPro to lift, level, and stabilize the driveway and walkway. PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam, was injected underneath intended lift areas to raise and level the concrete, filling voids that existed underneath. This is a fairly quick and cost-effective process, especially compared to mudjacking and replacing the concrete. Once the concrete was lifted and leveled, our installation crew installed NexusPro to cracks and joints. This prevents the concrete from further settling and cracking.
This created a permanently stabilized driveway and walkway. The homeowner has peace of mind that tripping hazards are eliminated, and can enjoy an aesthetically pleasing front yard.
