The homeowner of this property in Francestown, NH wanted a solution to fixing the concrete on their front porch. The stoop had a large crack that ran the entire length of the area. The crack was unsightly, but also meant that the column resting on it (which held of some of the porch roof) was not fully stabilized. If something like this is not fixed, the problem will only get worse, leading to further damage and higher costs of repair. Our Erickson team installed PolyLevel beneath the slab to fill the void, and were able to permanently stabilize the concrete on this porch.
Cracked Concrete Porch
The front section of this porch was sinking due to a void that formed beneath it. This led to a large crack forming which ran the entire length of the porch.
Settling Concrete Porch Step
The roof of the porch was supported by a column resting on the sinking concrete slab of the porch. The slab needed to be stabilized and lifted in order to prevent any damage from happening to the roof section.
