Concrete Repair Photo Album: Garage Slab Repour, Lexington, MA
A homeowner in Lexington, Massachusetts, had cracks in the foundation and was unhappy with the look of the garage slab. The homeowner called EFS for a free inspection, and our design specialist recommended a slab repour, lally column replacement, and sealing cracks in the foundation wall.
Our production team began by chipping out the slab. While two members were chipping out the concrete one member was sealing the cracks in the foundation wall of the garage. Once the slab was removed, the team installed a new lally column before calling a concrete truck to deliver the concrete for the new garage slab. Once the concrete truck arrived the team poured the concrete into the garage to make the new garage floor. The team smoothed and leveled the concrete to match the other concrete. Once the concrete had cured the team removed the forms and trimmed any imperfections in the concrete.
