Concrete Repair Photo Album: Cracked and Sunken Pool Deck, Windham, NH
A homeowner in Windham, New Hampshire, had their 40-years-old pool deck starting to show its age. They planned on using this home as their retirement home. The homeowner wanted to have the pool deck repaired to improve the appearance. Our design specialist recommended installing PolyLevel and NexusPro on the pool deck to lift, level, and seal it.
Our team started by drilling port holes in a grid pattern around the pool deck. The next step was to start injecting PolyLevel around the pool to lift the sunken areas. The team navigated their way around the pool and lifted and leveled sections of concrete. Tough areas to level with PolyLevel were around the diving board and the slide. After the team finished with the PolyLevel the team moved on to installing NexusPro. The team used NexusPro to seal all of the cracks and control joints around the pool. Once the team finished installing almost 500 feet of NexusPro the project was complete.
The homeowner was happy with the results of the project. Our team repaired the pool deck to eliminate the cracked and sunken slabs around the homeowner's pool.
